Carderock Succession was formed by John Meade to acquire, operate, and scale a single U.S. Federal government contractor located in the Greater Washington, D.C. area as its primary owner and CEO.

Background

A first-generation college graduate from James Madison University, I was raised in Charlottesville, VA by hardworking small business owners. Today, I live in Carderock, MD with my wife and daughter, just minutes from our nation’s capital.

I have spent my entire career in U.S. Federal government contracting as an investor and trusted advisor, working alongside proven operators and high-performing growth companies to achieve extraordinary outcomes for founders, executives, and employees.
